I also help lenders with creative lending options such as offering concurrent close/ purchase money seconds option up to 90% CLTV. I can also look to help free up DTI by seeing if an auto refinance can help when you can't exclude an auto loan. We offer both secure cards to help build credit or regular credit cards to help change utilization which can affect credit score.
