DMAR Committees are issue-focused teams of dedicated members that guide and drive our Association. Through their expertise and commitment, these committees address key issues to achieve common goals. Joining a committee is the best way for members to assume leadership positions within DMAR, connect with other members, participate in public outreach and stay informed.

DMAR Gives Committee

Oversees DMAR's charitable foundation, DMAR Gives, which builds on the Association's vision of a Denver Metro community where everyone has access to stable housing, equality in the home buying process, and support in achieving self-sufficiency in life. Learn more here.

Diversity Alliance Committee (DAC)

Advocates for diversity in our communities by cultivating awareness and inclusiveness through representation, education and outreach.  Learn more here.

Government Affairs Committee (GAC)

Identifies and studies issues of concern to the real estate industry and develops policy positions for consideration by the Board of Directors. The committee ensures that DMAR collaborates with elected officials and community leaders to maintain a healthy real estate market and industry. Learn more here.

Industry Partner Leadership Committee

Provides oversight and plans activities that create opportunities for Industry Partners to develop business relationships within the real estate industry. Promotes sponsorship opportunities in DMAR programs and events, and partners with other DMAR committees to support or host events and community service activities. Learn more here.
