Code of Ethics Training

The current Code of Ethics training cycle, considered "Cycle 8," will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. During this period, all Realtors® must complete ethics training of at least two hours and 30 minutes every three years.

Your ethics training can be met by taking the course through any Realtor® Association, PEAK Online, the CE Shop, Cox Education or VanEd. Certificates received from any other source will not be honored. Read the consequences for failing to complete Code of Ethics training.

Fair Housing and Anti-Bias Training

Realtors® must complete Fair Housing and Anti-Bias Training upon joining and every three years thereafter, aligning with the Code of Ethics training cycle. This training is separate from the Code of Ethics requirement and must be at least two hours long, meeting the learning objectives and criteria set by the National Association of Realtors®. This requirement begins on January 1, 2025, with the first deadline on December 31, 2027.
