Stephany Overmyer, 2021 Industry Partner of the Year  
For the past 25 years, Stephany has helped families finance their home mortgages at the best rates and payment options available. She takes great pride in helping borrowers finance their largest investment. Andrew Sams, 2022 Industry Partner of the Year
Andrew started Alpine Building Performance, LLC in 2016 with the goal of building the most reputable and quality home inspection business in the Denver-Metro area. In 2017 Andrew joined DMAR as an industry partner and quickly realized what a wonderful community there was within DMAR. In 2021 Andrew joined the YPN Committee after being an active participant with YPN since 2017. Alpine Building Performance has grown to a current team of 6 inspectors that serve the Denver-Metro, Boulder and Foothills communities. 

 

Karen Hyman, 2023 Industry Partner of the Year 
Prior to joining the 2-10 HBW team in 2018, Karen was a Senior Account Manager with a home warranty company in Colorado. Her background in the industry has provided her with local knowledge and an understanding of the importance of honesty, transparency and trust when cultivating professional relationships.
