Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., President & Chief Economist for GraphsandLaughs, LLC

Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making economics fun, relevant and educational. Dr. Eisenberg earned a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University in Montreal, as well as a Master and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg is the Chief Economist for GraphsandLaughs, LLC, a Miami-based economic consultancy that serves a variety of clients across the United States. He writes a syndicated column and authors a daily 70-word commentary on the economy that is available at www.econ70.com. Dr. Eisenberg has spoken hundreds of business groups and associations, serving as keynote speaker on topics including economic forecasts, economic impact of industries such as homebuilding, consequences of government regulation, and other current economic issues. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Bureau of National Affairs, Forbes, Fortune, and many other publications. He is a regularly featured guest on talk, and public radio. Dr. Eisenberg was formerly a Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. He is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than 100 articles, serves on the Expert Advisory Board of Mortgage Market Guide and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations, financial institutions and investment advisory groups. Elliot’s interests include walking at least five miles a day and reading as many newspapers as he can get his hands on. He loves ice hockey and talking economics with crowds large and small!

Meredith Moon, Chief Economist and Director of Economic Competitiveness, Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation

Meredith Moon currently serves as the Chief Economist and Director of Economic Competitiveness at the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation after working for the State of Colorado since 2017. At MDEDC, Meredith’s team provides economic and demographic data, economic forecasts and industry cluster analysis for their economic development efforts, as well as providing similar consulting services to other economic development partners in the region. She first served as an economist for Legislative Council Staff, where she contributed to the quarterly economic and revenue forecast and performed fiscal analysis on tax-centric legislation and ballot measures. In 2021, she transitioned to the Governor’s Office of State Planning and Budgeting as Chief of Fiscal Strategy, where she led the office’s efforts on the $700 million Colorado Recovery Plan and on Senate Bill 21-260, which overhauled transportation finance in the state. She led on FY 2022-23 budget development as Deputy Director and then headed up the Governor’s quarterly economic and revenue forecast and economic development team. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2015 to pursue her Master’s in International Economics at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, she worked in Hispanic-focused marketing and advertising in Dallas, Texas, after living abroad for several years.

Mike Kboudi, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield

Mike Kboudi has specialized in the sale and leasing of vacant land parcels throughout the Denver Metropolitan area and along the Front Range of Colorado. Over the last five years he has represented clients and acquisition of over 2,000 acres totaling an impressive $45 million. Through this effort Mr. Kboudi has gained valuable experience handling complex transaction involving a myriad of financial and development requirements. In 2000, Mike was recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as the 2nd most productive land broker in the state of Colorado, having posted an impressive sales volume in excess of $16 million. His large client base continues to grow through strong work ethic and vast market knowledge. Most recently, Mike was named the Top Land Broker in the 2023 Heavy Hitters by DMCAR with a production of $105,667,249 in 2022. Way to go! Mike earned his BA from the University of Texas, and a Master of Education from the University of Houston. He is also very active in the Denver community, spending much of his free time volunteering for several philanthropic endeavors including Junior Achievement, Brokers for Battered Kids, The Rose Foundation, and Ocean Journey. Libby Levinson-Katz, Realtor® and Chair of the DMAR Market Trends Committee

In 2006, Libby became one of Kentwood’s youngest independent agents. Since then, she’s been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR) for ten consecutive years of excellence, selling more than $100 million in residential real estate. Nicole Rueth, Branch Manager, SVP of The Rueth Team of Movement Mortgage
