As current DMAR Treasurer and a Castle Rock resident since 2003, Sarah Futa brings decades of real estate expertise to the table. With a degree in Advertising & PR from Ball State University, she honed her skills leading national marketing operations at MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes in Denver. A licensed Realtor® since 2016, Sarah is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through real estate. She’s also dedicated to her community, serving as Vice President of Raptors® Athletics and cheering on youth athletes from the sidelines at local games.
