Qadra Evans

Qadra has built a career in the real estate industry spanning over 20 years, working across various fields, including REO asset management, on-site sales and her current role at Zillow, where she has partnered with brokers and builders for the past seven years. With this extensive experience, she considers herself a subject matter expert.

She works closely with the Denver Home Builders Association and sees tremendous opportunities for Realtors® and builders to collaborate and drive positive change. Qadra also brings a deep understanding of data and technology, adding a multidimensional approach to her work. She looks forward to leveraging that knowledge and spirit of collaboration at DMAR in 2024.

As a member of the CAR Board of Directors, Qadra embraces the responsibility with great intention and commitment. She is dedicated to being accessible to DMAR members and advocating on their behalf. Additionally, she aims to identify opportunities to partner and collaborate with organizations that share similar priorities.
