Shannon values relationships over transactions. She listens to members’ needs, wants and dreams to provide tailored mortgage solutions. She also prioritizes continuous communication for a smooth and seamless loan process. Her knowledge spans all aspects of the home buying experience, and she has worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent and in the title insurance industry. Originally from a small farm town in Minnesota, Shannon received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Diego in 1994. After a career in public accounting, she shifted into the real estate industry when she moved to Colorado in 2004. Shannon has been at Elevations since 2015. In her free time, Shannon enjoys all that Colorado has to offer with her husband, son and boxer. In the summer, she’s at the lake, surfing and enjoying the sun. In the winter, she’s at the ice rink for hockey.
