Alison Vuijsters moved to the United States from Canada to earn her bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management. This knowledge, coupled with years of experience in hotel sales and service, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers and effective marketing. She always strives to win (for you), while ensuring buying and/or selling your home is smooth, easy and stress-free. Alison's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive and fun to be around.
Becky Clay is a sales enthusiast-turned-entrepreneur passionate about all things real estate! As a southern native, she is a firm believer in hospitality and congeniality. She is an energetic versatile professional with over 10 years of successful sales and marketing experience. As an Associate Real Estate Broker, she enthusiastically ensures clients' questions and inquiries are resolved within a timely manner. She is persistent in making sure clients' needs are being met and their voices are heard throughout the real estate transaction. When she isn't surfing the web finding your dream home you can find her spending time with her little ones, cheering on the Broncos or riding her dirt bike with her husband!
Stephen Berg studied Real Estate Development and Finance at the Everett Real Estate School at Colorado State University, studying with major northern Colorado developers, as well as taking classes with Larry Kendall of Ninja Selling. After college, Stephen spent a decade in the wine industry, making premium wines for a producer in the Willamette Valley, Oregon while he flipped houses on the side. After realizing his true passion was real estate, Stephen moved back home to Colorado to pursue a career as a Realtor®, ultimately winning the DMAR 2019 Rookie of the year, as well as the 8z Real Estate's 2019 Rookie of the year for producing over $17M in volume his first year.
