Instructor Bio | Gary Kujawski
Gary is the HOA Information Officer for the Colorado HOA Information and Resource Center. The Center is organized within the Division of Real Estate under the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Gary is an attorney and started practicing law in 1984. He began his career concentrating in the area of real estate law, as well being as a general practitioner in the areas of bankruptcy, small business matters, consumer issues, estates/probate, and timeshares. He has experience in the corporate arena as well, and was in charge of title education and operations for a large title company operation in Denver. His position also included heading up the foreclosure/investor and timeshare divisions while also acting as an educational corporate trainer and working on industry legislative concerns.
He has taught numerous real estate classes throughout Colorado to REALTOR® Associations, REALTORS®, title companies, lenders, investors, and consumers. He's also advised and served on many organizations, including HOA Boards, Chambers of Commerce, and Special Business Service Districts. His experience includes real estate and HOA legislation and testimony before the Colorado state legislative committees, including compliance issues. Gary is a national and regional speaker on timeshare and HOA board member and owner issues.
