2020: Our Year in Closing

2020 felt like the year that changed everything. From a global pandemic—and its toll on our communities and small businesses—to a watershed movement in racial and social justice, the year has brought more change than many could have imagined. But in a year of unprecedented change, we also feel hopeful, as we got through it together. And as 2020 now comes to a close, we share this look at some of our accomplishments and what we’re looking forward to in 2021.
