Committee Chair Spotlight: Justin Knoll

Meet Justin Knoll, Chairman of the Large Asset Task Force. Justin has an impressive report card with straight A's in leadership. As a fourth generation REALTOR® with 17 years of real estate under his belt, it's no wonder that DMAR entrusts Justin to maintain the strength of the Association's largest assets including its owned real estate.

Large Asset Task Force

Chairman: Justin Knoll, President of Madison & Company Properties

Tell us about your expertise in the real estate industry.

I am a fourth generation REALTOR® and have been licensed and full-time since 2000. During that time, I have worn many hats in the Denver market, including being a top sales associate, managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Denver Central office, a team leader for the highly productive Knoll Team, the last president for the Denver Board of REALTORS®, the first chair of DMAR, Metro District VP for the State Association, and a director for REColorado, CAR, and NAR. Real estate is my life passion and I find my greatest strength to be in the leadership side of the business.

How would you describe the Large Asset Task Force?

The Large Asset Task Force at DMAR focuses on maintaining the strength of the Association’s largest assets, including its owned real estate, MLS shares and financial accounts in conjunction with those assets. This will be my third year leading the Task Force, which has been responsible for finding and negotiating the leases for the new DMAR headquarter office in DTC and DMAR's North office, as well as the sale of the previous DMAR headquarter.

Why did you choose to be a part of this committee?

I remain on the task force as it gives me a chance to impact the Association through leveraging the work of previous leadership, and setting up future leaders for even greater success.

What is your favorite personal saying?
