Episode 4 Moderator: Andrew Abrams, Vision Real Estate
Andrew is a Broker Associate at Vision Real Estate and Chairman of the DMAR Government Affairs Committee. His unyielding passion for real estate, coupled with his experience, brings certainty and peace of mind to the buying and selling process. As a Colorado native, Andrew takes pride in caring for and understanding his communities and clients. His extensive history working with appraisers ensures his confidence in determining property values and protecting his clients’ interests. Andrew has a wide range of knowledge in the real estate market through experiences: fix and flips, house valuations, buying investment properties, and utilizing the latest technology to advertise.
Episode 4 Guest: Nicole Rufener, LIVE Urban Real Estate
Nicole has been in real estate since 2004. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in Denver with their real estate needs and continues to enjoy servicing her clients. Throughout her years of selling she has gained experience in working with first time buyers, investors, bank owned properties, short sales, relocation buyers, luxury buyers, move up buyers, and servicing sellers of all price points. The wide variety of experience came from adapting to each market cycle over the past 12 years. She currently is the managing broker at Live Urban Real Estate where she manages 80 agents & is in charge of hiring, training, and coaching the agents. Her mission is to inspire herself and her agents to have wildly successful lives and careers, while experiencing peaceful work-life balance. Her passion is teaching agents how to run a successful real estate business and how to provide exceptional client service. Her passion project is her blog, Denver Vibe, which showcases the personality of Denver's urban neighborhoods through images, video, and interview profiles of Denver's locals and local businesses. Nicole lives in Whittier with her husband Paul, daughter Poppy, and Frenchie Ollie. She is obsessed with all things to do with city living - art, music, food, fashion. These things, of course, are best when shared with her friends and family.
