Nominate the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year
The Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) is seeking "REALTOR® of the Year" nominations for consideration by the REALTOR® of the Year Committee. This prestigious award will be presented during the DMAR Inaugural event to be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2016 at Denver Broncos' Training Facility at 13655 East Broncos Parkway, Englewood, from 5:00pm-9:00pm.
The REALTOR® of the Year Committee will consider all nominees, and select the REALTOR® who, in the opinion of the Committee, meets the qualifications and is most deserving of this award. In completing this application you ask the Committee to consider the following individual for the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year.
The deadline for nominations is August 15, 2016 at 11:59 pm.
Criteria for choosing REALTOR® of the Year Candidates
The following criteria is used by the REALTOR® of the Year Committee to help determine the recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year award. The Committee is comprised of previous recipients of this award.
1. REALTOR® activity
Involvement in local REALTOR® association activity, including but not limited to leadership positions, committee and/or task force participation. Involvement in the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and/or participation or leadership in local chapters of the Institute, Societies, and Councils.
2. Business Accomplishments
Good business conduct, service to clients, and other business-related activities.
3. REALTOR® spirit
Faithfulness to laws, rules and regulations, and the Code of Ethics, furtherance of the principles of good real estate practices.
4. Civic Activity
Participation in service clubs, civic and charitable activities, political activities, and community service activities.
