Episode 2 Moderator: Libby Levinson, Kentwood Real Estate
Libby Levinson is a Denver native who is familiar with the historic Denver neighborhoods as well as the numerous suburbs surrounding the metro area. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of Denver's history and her love for the Mile High City with her clients. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a degree in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Libby worked in the event planning industry and non-profit sector, where she was able to develop her strong listening skills and her commitment to outstanding customer service. Libby made the move into real estate in 2005 and proudly joined Kentwood Real Estate in 2006. During her career, Libby has had the pleasure of helping a variety of clients navigate their real estate transactions: helping first time buyers find their starter home; coordinating the synchronized sale and purchase for buyers looking for more space; sellers looking to down-size; and assisting sophisticated investors with their next investment opportunity. She has also enjoyed working with buyers building their dream home from the ground up. Libby is known for her ability to smoothly facilitate the complex details of both the buying and selling process.

Brandon Brennick has been a top producer in the Denver Metropolitan area from his first year as a REALTOR® in 1999. His career has been divided between management and sales, and he has been well recognized in both arenas. Brandon’s sales production has routinely placed him among the top brokers in Colorado and the nation. He is best known for his abilities in the areas of contracts and negotiations, while consistently providing an unexpected level of service. Brandon and his team were recently ranked top ten in Denver with over $30 million in production.
