Each class is taught by a seasoned Real Estate expert, and all are CE approved. CE certificates are automatically generated by the delivery system once the class is completed. The classes, which are $30 for members and $40 for non-members, are online archived courses, so you can choose to take them anytime, anywhere. This course is required three times in each three year licensing renewal cycle by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. The course focuses on new statute and commission rules, recent court decisions, and changing standards of practice.
This course is designed to provide the simple logic and techniques needed to understand markets and CMA adjustments. Using these skills will increase the broker’s ability to have a positive impact on a real estate transaction and enhance the broker expertise when communicating with buyers, sellers, appraisers and lenders. Student will be equipped to avoid loan problems and minimize the opportunity for failed transactions due to lender issues. Develop your own market specific adjustment values and quickly measure and understand the supply and demand dynamic of any specific neighborhood.
Upon completion, participants will be able to: identify key aspirational concepts found in the Preamble to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics; describe “general business” ethics, and compare the REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics with business ethics; generally describe concepts established in the Code of Ethics; identify possible violations of the Code of Ethics; describe the professional standards process for enforcing the Code of Ethics; identify critical elements of due process as they relate to Code enforcement; and identify factors considered by hearing panels in procuring cause disputes.
If you are working with investors, hope to work with investors, or are an investor yourself, the analytics presented in this class can help you identify high potential properties and achieve higher profits. The course focus is on Fix and Flip and Buy and Rent investors. The course will present analytical and marketing skills related to all types of investment properties.
