WHY: This course is designed to give a basic understanding of the current impacts of Marijuana laws on real estate in Colorado, including a review of the Ballot and Amendment 64, basic understanding of the law, the dangers of buyer brokerage when marijuana products area in the open, identifying potential grow operations as well as known grow operations for personal use and how to deal with the potential disclosures that will need to made to avoid liability by the broker.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
