2024 Inaugural Installation Press Release
DMAR has announced its newly-elected President of the Board, Mike Bruce. The inaugural installation took place on Wednesday, November 20 in a private event at the Blue Moon Brewing Company in RiNo.
“I’m deeply honored to step into this role and grateful for Jen Routon’s outstanding leadership as the previous President,” said Mike Bruce, 2024-2025 President of the DMAR Board of Directors. “This is a defining era in real estate, and I am committed to reinforcing the invaluable role Realtors® play in the lives of Denver Metro area buyers and sellers.”
“We welcome Mike as our new President with much excitement,” said Brendan Bailey, CEO of DMAR. “Mike is well-respected for his integrity and advocacy within the real estate community. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to elevate our profession and support our members."

As the newly-installed 2024-2025 President, Mike’s role with DMAR will combine his passion for serving clients as a Realtor® with his love of giving back to his community. He is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional who is passionate about helping individuals find their perfect home. A native of Colorado, Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration. In 2013, Mike launched his real estate career with Keller Williams Downtown, where he quickly rose to the top, consistently ranking in the top five percent of agents in his office. Over the years, he has grown not only as an agent but also as an investor and leader within the organization. Mike joined DMAR upon entering real estate and soon became actively involved with the Government Affairs Committee. In 2020, he was elected to DMAR’s Board of Directors, where he has continued to expand his leadership role and contribute to the success and advocacy efforts of the association. Outside of real estate, Mike is an Eagle Scout and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys running, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and cycling.
