Support
Denver Issue 2Q | Denver Health Sales Tax Measure
This 0.34% sales tax increase, if passed, would generate approximately $70 million annually for Denver Health. These funds are critical to cover the hospital's ongoing budget shortfall caused by an increase in uncompensated care since Denver Health cannot legally turn away patients who cannot pay. Additional revenue would go towards emergency, primary, pediatric and mental health care as well as recovery support services.

Support
Denver Issue 2R | Affordable Housing Sales Tax
The 0.5% sales tax increase, if passed, would generate an estimated $100 million annually to support the creation of more than 40,000 affordable housing units over the next 10 years. The revenue would be used to build new affordable units, finance accessory dwelling units (ADUs) where allowed, provide rental assistance for low-income families and preserve existing affordable housing.

Adams County Issue 6A | South Adams County Water & Sanitation District – TABOR de-Brucing
South Adams County is currently constrained by the TABOR (Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights) cap, which limits its ability to accept state grant funds for water infrastructure improvements. The ballot measure would allow the county to exempt state grant funding from its TABOR limit, enabling access to significant financial resources for much-needed water infrastructure upgrades.
