The Board of Directors have elected the 2015-16 Board of Director Chairwoman, Chair-elect, and Secretary. They also elected four CAR Directors, two NAR Directors, and two REcolorado Directors. Congratulations and welcome to our new Board!

Chairwoman of the Board: Laura Ruch | Keller Williams Preferred

Laura Ruch is a full-service, full-time licensed real estate broker who proudly wears the REALTOR® badge. Laura has been licensed for 12 years and believes in this amazing industry where REALTORS® make clients' dreams come true. She is passionate about advocating for private property rights and fighting for legislation that protects the real estate industry and careers.

Chair-elect of the Board: Scott Grossman | RE/MAX Southeast, Inc.

Scott Grossman has extensive experience working with difficult and challenging situations in real estate that require additional thought and strategic planning. He works with clients each step of the way, putting realistic timelines and goals in place and providing necessary resources such as customized reports. Scott’s specialties also include contract negotiation, detailed market knowledge, and comprehensive data analysis.

Secretary of the Board: Shannel Ryan | LIV Sotheby’s International

Shannel Ryan is the Managing Broker of Sotheby's International Realty. A Denver native, Shannel started her real estate career after graduating from University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science. Over 20 years of real estate experience has afforded her the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of running a successful brokerage with an emphasis on servicing the many luxury neighborhoods throughout the region.
