Get ready for a hot spring market! 

While it may be a little chilly and dormant outside, the local real estate market is just starting to warm up! This year, the spring rush could take off as soon as February! Take a big deep breath and get ready to help your buyers and sellers this spring. While some things are slowing down a little, the trends are still moving in a positive direction, meaning that it’s still a great time to buy AND sell. 

In Denver, our market has largely been affected by low inventory and that will continue to be the case in 2019. Denver is still a hot place to live and the demand is still high on properties. Not to mention that the largest group of millennials turn 29 this year and are in peak home-buying season!  The 2nd half of 2018 brought waning annual price spikes, more properties hitting the market and fewer buyers to compete with. Everyone has to be wondering what that means for 2019.

Is the market shifting? Yes. Is it still a healthy time for buyers and sellers. Absolutely.
