Tim's passion to help clients led him to the mortgage industry 20 years ago. Evolving from a Realtor® family, it seems like he has been in the business for as long as he can remember. He works diligently to understand clients' needs and secure the best terms for them to meet their goals. Whether helping borrowers buy their dream homes or helping them refinance, Tim loves the sight of happy clients improving their financial situation. Throughout the real estate industry, Tim is regarded as the person you call first for fast and accurate answers. He is an active leader with local Realtor® boards. He has been awarded Affiliate of the Year and Most Outstanding Affiliate by various Realtors® boards, and previously served as Chair of the Affiliate Council for three terms. He has continued to be involved as a way to stay on top of everything happening in real estate.
