Freedom Mortgage | Jim Smithwick

Jim has over 38 years of experience in the real estate industry, and 20+ years of that experience in mortgage lending. He is responsible for originating loans, educating and working with top real estate agents. He provides new mortgage loans for clients looking to buy and or refinance their primary, second, retirement or vacation homes. Jim has a business/finance degree from St. Norbert College and is a retired Captain from the U.S. Naval Reserve. He was recalled to active duty for Iraqi Freedom where he spent 18 months in the Middle East. In his spare time, Jim officiates Colorado high school and college football as well as high school basketball. Jim and Freedom Mortgage offer a full array of loans including VA, FHA and Conventional.
