Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., President & Chief Economist for GraphsandLaughs, LLC

Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making economics fun, relevant and educational. Dr. Eisenberg earned a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University in Montreal, as well as a Master and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg is the Chief Economist for GraphsandLaughs, LLC, a Miami-based economic consultancy that serves a variety of clients across the United States. He writes a syndicated column and authors a daily 70-word commentary on the economy that is available at www.econ70.com. Dr. Eisenberg has spoken hundreds of business groups and associations, serving as keynote speaker on topics including economic forecasts, economic impact of industries such as homebuilding, consequences of government regulation, and other current economic issues. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Bureau of National Affairs, Forbes, Fortune, and many other publications. He is a regularly featured guest on talk, and public radio. Dr. Eisenberg was formerly a Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. He is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than 100 articles, serves on the Expert Advisory Board of Mortgage Market Guide and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations, financial institutions and investment advisory groups. Elliot’s interests include walking at least five miles a day and reading as many newspapers as he can get his hands on. He loves ice hockey and talking economics with crowds large and small!

Mike Kboudi, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield

Mike Kboudi has specialized in the sale and leasing of vacant land parcels throughout the Denver Metropolitan area and along the Front Range of Colorado. Over the last five years he has represented clients and acquisition of over 2,000 acres totaling an impressive $45 million. Through this effort Mr. Kboudi has gained valuable experience handling complex transaction involving a myriad of financial and development requirements. In 2000, Mike was recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as the 2nd most productive land broker in the state of Colorado, having posted an impressive sales volume in excess of $16 million. His large client base continues to grow through strong work ethic and vast market knowledge. Most recently, Mike was named the Top Land Broker in the 2023 Heavy Hitters by DMCAR with a production of $105,667,249 in 2022. Way to go! Mike earned his BA from the University of Texas, and a Master of Education from the University of Houston. He is also very active in the Denver community, spending much of his free time volunteering for several philanthropic endeavors including Junior Achievement, Brokers for Battered Kids, The Rose Foundation, and Ocean Journey. Hanna Scovill, Economist and Senior Manager of Economic Competitiveness

Hanna Scovill is an Economist and Senior Manager of Economic Competitiveness at the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation. She specializes in economic and demographic research for the Metro Denver region, focusing on small area analysis, economic impact and industry cluster studies. Her expertise provides her with an in-depth understanding of the trends driving the Metro Denver economy. Born and raised in Colorado, Hanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver. 

Amanda Snitker, Chair of the DMAR Market Trends Committee

Amanda has been a Colorado resident for more than 20 years and has lived in the Denver metro area since 2002. She has enjoyed living in the Baker Historic Neighborhood while owning a home built in the early 1900s. Amanda is a third-generation Realtor® and grew up with a father as a general residential contractor these relationships and knowledge have allowed her to live the Colorado lifestyle, offering credibility and expertise for the process of buying and selling homes to help her clients achieve their dream living experience.

 

Nicole Rueth, Branch Manager, SVP of The Rueth Team of Movement Mortgage

Nicole Rueth has been passionately advising clients on their home financing strategies for over 15 years. Her path has been as non-conventional as it is a benefit to her clients. As a BBA Finance graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she went to work for Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting as a strategic business reengineering consultant. Nicole’s draws on her past experience of managing 100 person teams and facilitating million-dollar solutions allows her to negotiate, analyze and provide creative solutions for her clients where other lenders fall short. After the birth of their three children, Nicole stepped out of her corporate traveling schedule and went to work for a friend to reinvigorate and redesign his mortgage company.
