Fabiola Roll stands out as a dynamic leader in the real estate profession. Fabiola believes every client deserves first-class representation and her goal is to exceed every expectation. She strives for excellence, values diversity and loves helping her clients achieve their goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She is a certified trainer for the NAHREP 10 disciplines created to advance Hispanic homeownership and financial wealth. Fabiola is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a Luxury Marketing Specialist, with in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market. She is professional, driven and knowledgeable.

Before returning to real estate sales full-time, Fabiola served as the Assistant Branch Manager at the #1 Coldwell Banker office in Colorado, which generates over $1 billion in annual sales and has more than 300 affiliated agents. In this role, she led group training sessions and advised agents on contract negotiations. She is also an approved instructor for the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Annual Commission Update course, a requirement for all real estate licensees in the state.

Fabiola is bilingual—fluent in English and Spanish—and enjoys traveling internationally. She is also a certified chef specializing in natural foods. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, higher education and association management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her passion for real estate and helping people live an even better life.
