Christine Dupont-Patz
Christine Dupont-Patz is a Realtor® with over a decade of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area. Known for her thoughtful guidance, strong negotiation skills and relationship-driven approach, she has built her business largely through referrals and repeat clients. Christine specializes in helping clients navigate Denver’s evolving market with clarity, honesty, and a deep understanding of neighborhood dynamics.
A lifelong student of architecture and design, Christine holds a Master’s degree in Art History with an emphasis in Medieval Art. Her academic background informs both her appreciation of Denver’s historic neighborhoods and her passion for helping clients find homes with character, craftsmanship, and a sense of place. Christine previously taught at the university level and currently teaches at the community college level, bringing an educator’s perspective, strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship to her work with clients and colleagues alike.
Christine has served in leadership and volunteer roles throughout both the real estate industry and the broader community. She previously served on the board of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, a cooperative-style brokerage where agents are also shareholders, and remains actively involved with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. She is also a longtime volunteer with the Junior League of Denver and serves as a team captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer's in honor of her mother.
