Real estate professionals were among the early adopters of this technology and use of drones is expanding as entrepreneurial real estate professionals identify new uses for UAS. The growth of UAS has also been driven by recent changes in federal regulations designed to streamline the regulatory approval process and facilitate integration of drones into the national airspace.
