Double Your Impact This October!

From October 1-30, 2025, every dollar you donate to DMAR Gives will be matched dollar-for-dollar by REcolorado—up to $15,000. That means together we can raise $30,000 to support housing-related nonprofits across the Denver Metro area.

Your generosity helps fund critical programs that provide housing stability, disaster relief, and pathways to homeownership for families in need.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make your gift go twice as far.

Applications for the Fall 2025 DMAR Gives Grant Cycle

We are currently accepting grant applications through 5:00 PM on November 7, 2025. Applications opened on October 9th and are open to Colorado-based nonprofit organizations advancing housing-related causes. Please note that an invitation to apply does not guarantee funding. Grant sizes are determined based on an organization’s needs, impact and alignment with DMAR Gives’ priorities, as well as available funds. DMAR Gives encourages a broad base of support and typically does not fund 100% of a project’s budget.

Initial grants are one year in duration, and organizations are eligible for funding every other calendar year. Grantees are required to submit a report confirming use of funds and sharing impact data.

Apply by November 7th at 5:00 PM to be considered for this cycle.

What We Do

DMAR Gives is the charitable foundation of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors®, established in January 2022. Since our inception, we've channeled significant resources into programs that:

  • Improve quality of life through housing access and support
  • Create pathways toward stable housing and homeownership
  • Provide housing-related disaster relief to members’ local communities
  • Offer flexibility for additional philanthropic efforts in line with our committee’s mission
Each Grant Brings Real Change

Every year, DMAR Gives provides grant funding to local nonprofits and disaster relief efforts across the Denver Metro area. Your donations have helped:

  • Family Tree provide safe housing for families in crisis.
  • Rebuilding Together Metro Denver expand support for seniors and individuals with disabilities to live safely and independently by funding program coordination.
  • News Ed equip students with skills for the future.
  • Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation cover rent and mortgage payments for families with seriously ill children, so kids have a home to return to after hospitalization.
  • The Crisis Center maintain emergency hotel sheltering for survivors of domestic violence in Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln counties.
  • Lutheran Family Services fund home repairs, including window replacement, for families affected by disasters like the Marshall Fire.
  • Extreme Community Makeover coordinates volunteer teams to partner with Denver residents to improve their own homes and neighborhoods.
