All members are invited to attend a member-only breakfast to learn more about the vote on the merger of DMAR and DERA. The event will feature a panel of DMAR Directors moderated by Justin Knoll, past Chairman of the Board and NAR Director. The panelists will share their insights and discuss hot topics such as:

Plus, you’ll be able to take part in a vote to approve the plan to merge the Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association (DERA) into DMAR, in accordance with an agreement and plan of merger approved by DMAR’s Board, as well as to vote on the proposed amendments to the DMAR Bylaws as part of the merger. You must be present to vote. Only REALTOR® members of DMAR in good standing may cast their vote. A summary of the Merger Agreement and the proposed amendments to the Bylaws is provided here.
