The Aerotropolis- As a result of the passage of 1A on DIA, a new spirit of regional cooperation has emerged and is leading to the planning, marketing and attraction of non aviation related development on and off of Denver International Airport. At full build out, over 55,000 new jobs will be created in the Aerotropolis.

7 to 70: Development along the N. I-25 Corridor- Considered to be the ‘New Frontier”, this corridor has great opportunities, transportation infrastructure investments and home to companies like Digital Globe, Ascent Solar and San Anthony North Hospital. Opportunities from Incorporated Adams County, Northglenn, Thornton Westminster and Broomfield will be highlighted.

Alicia directs the economic development team in job creation and capital investment generation through prospect development, incentive procurement, regulatory and permitting assistance, workforce development, business retention, and enterprise zone administration.
