WHY: This course will discuss general elements of a contract and potential attachments, buyer/seller qualifications to execute an agreement and considerations on how to pose questions based on the broker’s relationship with the client. Additionally, it will cover dandling negotiation issues - multiple offer, escalating offers, counter offers, variable rate commissions and seller contingencies.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
